But what is the reality for people with health impairments (chronic illnesses and\/or disabilities)? Under what conditions do they feel like authentic, valued members of a work team?<\/p>\n<p>The Chair of Work and Vocational Rehabilitation at the University of Cologne is investigating this topic in an anonymous online survey on the psychological aspects of inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to gather first-hand information about the working conditions of people with disabilities. The central question is how people with disabilities perceive their work environment and what impact this has on them. In the long term, the researchers want to contribute to improving working conditions for people with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>All persons over 18 years of age who are currently employed (at least with a 50 % position or 18 hours\/week) and are affected by one or more long-term health impairments that restrict them more than just slightly in their everyday life can participate.<\/p>\n<p>The survey takes between 15 and 25 minutes, depending on individual circumstances, and can be completed on a PC, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
