The aim was to find out which information and support services you use, what you particularly value \u2013 and where there is potential for improvements or new priorities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below we give you an insight into the wishes, needs and opinions of our members at Alpha1 Germany eV.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>The top 3 findings:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> High regard for established information channels<br \/>\n<\/strong>Our classic offers continue to be very popular:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>86 % regularly use the club website<\/li>\n<li>78 % read the <em>Alpha1 Journal<\/em><\/li>\n<li>74 % subscribe to our newsletter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These channels are not only among the best-known, but also among the most popular sources of information.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Great interest in research, therapy and exchange<\/strong><br \/>\nThe main focus is on the following topics:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<li>Medications and treatment options (94 %)<\/li>\n<li>Research and new therapeutic approaches (78 %)<\/li>\n<li>The exchange with other affected individuals (55.6 %)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This demonstrates how important professional information and personal networking are for our members.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong> Desire for digital and flexible formats<\/strong><br \/>\nMany members \u2013 especially working professionals \u2013 would like more digital offerings such as webinars, online self-help groups, or content that can be accessed at any time.<br \/>\nEven a virtual information day is met with openness:<br \/>\n58 % can well imagine a digital alternative \u2013 in addition to or as a replacement for face-to-face events.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>What particularly pleased us<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our commitment was explicitly praised in numerous open-ended responses.
