<\/p>\nOn June 18, 2025, Marion and Uwe Deter, the leaders of the SHG Hamburg, participated in the event \u201eMy Breath My Way\u201c in L\u00fcneburg.<\/p>\n
\u201e"My Breath My Way" is a movement initiative that aims to motivate people with COPD or other respiratory diseases to exercise more, or to introduce them to pulmonary exercise.<\/p>\n
Sponsored by Berlin-Chemie AG in cooperation with the pulmonologists and their medical assistants in L\u00fcneburg, as well as the pulmonary exercise trainer. (The doctors and medical assistants were present at the time.)<\/p>\n
Participants included people using oxygen and those using walkers. The spa park in L\u00fcneburg was perfect for this. We had plenty of shade despite the weather (26\u00b0C). A pulmonary exercise trainer led us through breathing exercises and a bit of training between runs. At the end, we enjoyed a light snack and drinks at the clubhouse of MTV Treubund L\u00fcneburg 1848 e.V., which also offers pulmonary exercise programs.<\/p>\n
