Alpha1 General Meeting and Information Day 2020

Dear member, esteemed guest,

In light of the constantly changing situation due to the threat of the coronavirus, we are discussing the feasibility of holding our Alpha1 information day on May 16, 2020 almost daily.

As of mid-May, the situation remains unpredictable from the government's perspective, and there are no reliable statements regarding meetings/events after April 18th.

Given the current situation and medical recommendations, there is a very high probability that the Annual General Meeting and Information Day 2020 will not take place as planned on May 15th/16th. However, please understand that we cannot make any legally binding statements on this matter before April 18th (the provisional validity period of the decree issued by the Lower Saxony state government), as this could lead to potential claims for damages (e.g., by the event hotel).

You do not need to actively cancel your previously expressed participation. We will contact all members and registered guests after April 18th with reliable information regarding the information day and members' meeting in 2020.
