12 Questions – 12 Answers for Alpha-1 Children, Adolescents and their Parents

In collaboration with CSL Behring, Alpha1 Germany has produced twelve informative short films that address frequently asked questions from relatives of young AATD patients.

They cover important topics such as vaccinations, check-ups, and practical tips for everyday life with Alpha-1. Gabi Niethammer poses the questions, which are answered by Dr. Eva-Doreen Pfister. Dr. Pfister is a pediatrician and pediatric gastroenterologist at Hannover Medical School (MHH). She also oversees the liver and transplant outpatient clinic there. In answering the questions, we place particular emphasis on providing clear and well-founded information that is easily accessible to both you as parents and your children.

The films were produced with great care to provide a reliable source of information for families facing Alpha-1. Marie Hübner, an experienced illustrator, visualized Dr. Pfister's answers to present the content in a clear and engaging way.
