Our self-help group can't tell you that we once combined our meetings with an excursion or a tour of Berlin's bridges; no, we're consistent and have our regular meeting place at the Marzahner Krug. So we don't meet here and there, but we can report that our aforementioned meeting was once again well-attended.
We were pleased to welcome another member.
This woman introduced herself to the group and warmly integrated herself through conversations with the group members.
The group leader provided information about the AlphaCare Regional Day event on October 13, 2018, in Berlin. Topics from theory and practice were planned. Our preferred topic was: "What to do in an emergency.".
Data protection was discussed, and differing opinions and questions arose regarding its handling and its relevance to our self-help group. The group leader advocated waiting, as more detailed information would be available at the group leader meeting in October.
Discussions continued regarding the liver study, the tests on newborns, and the accessibility via updated email addresses.
