Modern self-help and the role of AI in focus
The most important day of the year for the club is the Annual General Meeting. In some clubs, it's seen as a necessary evil, but it's who we are, and it shows what we've achieved together. The minutes of the 2024 Annual General Meeting are attached to the journal for our members; if you haven't received them, please let us know.
The event in Bad Wildungen was held under this year's motto:
MODERN SELF-HELP – NOT LONELY, BUT INNOVATIVE AND TOGETHER
No, hopefully no one was lonely this weekend, and together we share the illness and our experiences. Being innovative is up to us; we must remain open to new paths and constantly update ourselves, which includes an introduction to the world of artificial intelligence (AI).
This time, the spectrum ranged from minor issues, our MZs, to severe cases in intensive care; everything was examined using imaging techniques, and if you panicked during these examinations, we immediately provided psychological support. Movement is crucial in our treatment and therefore featured twice. After the previous evening's wine, some livers needed a little extra encouragement to recover, and if all else failed, there was always the ace up our sleeve: artificial intelligence.
Once again, we were greeted by happy and satisfied faces; there was little criticism, and when there was, it was very constructive. We were able to gather some suggestions to help us attract just as many members to our information day in the coming years.
