Some professions are not suitable for Alphas with PiSZ or PiZZ because the associated regular inhalation of dust, fumes, or solvents causes significant lung damage. These high-risk professions include carpenter, painter, farmer, baker/pastry chef, hairdresser, welder, printer, construction worker, miner, and chimney sweep.
