Lung Day 2018: Coswig Specialist Hospital GmbH

On September 29, 2018, the annual Lung Day event took place at the Coswig Specialist Hospital. We, the Saxony & Saxony-Anhalt self-help group of Alpha1 Germany e.V., were invited to this interesting event for the first time this year. The turnout was large, and we were able to answer many questions from visitors about Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency and its connection to the liver and COPD/pulmonary emphysema. Several members of the Saxony & Saxony-Anhalt self-help group made sure to visit us in person. We also had the opportunity to meet many representatives from other self-help groups and exhibitors and to make new contacts.
Lung Day always takes place on the last Saturday in September at the Coswig Specialist Hospital. We have already registered for 2019.
