To mark Rare Disease Day, the Dessau Municipal Hospital invited 42 self-help groups from across Germany. The Alpha1 self-help group from Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt was also represented with a booth. Andrea Kleinert (chairwoman of the group) had the opportunity to explain the work of Alpha1 Germany to an interested television audience.
